Convenient location near major highway and easy to find. Room was comfortable, especially the beds. Appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating.
Disappointed by outdated facilities that desperately need updating. Cashier unable to make change, which is unacceptable.

Bed was comfortable and rool was clean.
Adjoing door to the room next door. It was too easy to hear the people next door and it became somewhat annoying.

The rooms were very clean. The bedding was the new style - down comporter with a sheet under and on top of the comforter. The beds had pillow tops that were wonderful.
We arrived at 3:30 and even though the check-in was 3pm, we were told our room was not ready. The hallways were dingy and the entrance doors no longer locked shut.

The rooms are basic but comfortable, with two pillows on a king size bed for added comfort. The location just off the Interstate is convenient, especially for travelers passing through. Additionally, the breakfast served in a real restaurant is a pleasant surprise and adds to the overall value of the stay.
All was as expected, no major issues.

I liked how cheap it was and a very nice, comfortable environment.
I didn't like that the back door was not locked.

The service was excellent - we stayed coming and going (two nights - a week apart) because we were impressed with our room and the rates and the great service, particularly by the night clerk, a young woman who just graduated from college. We liked the pool area, the proximity to restaurants and highways, and the morning coffee.
The fan in our bathroom on our second night was loud and obnoxious. Please fix.

Our Easter weekend was a pleasant one. the lobby was beautifully decorated with pastel colors and eggs, adding to our festive mood. the location was perfect, close to popular shopping centers and delicious restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.
The TV was outdated and we struggled to find channels. the carpet in the hallway was a bit worn out and needed a good cleaning.

The location; about ten minutes away from my brother's house. Also the diner!

The lady in the diner was very accommodating when I appeared and asked if they had some type of candy. I bought two of the cookies, and they were excellent.
The front desk help were not very friendly both when I checked in and out. A smile, a welcome, and a thank you would have been appreciated.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the blankets were nice and heavy, allowing for a very restful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was served in a real restaurant, although I didn't have time to try it. The hotel's location, just off the interstate, was very convenient for me.
Nothing bad to say.

location, Diner, big rooms
Adam at front desk was not hospitable at all. Whirlpool/Hot tub did not work. It took 15 minutes to get hot water to our shower- which is not acceptable.

The online website said there was a hotub and come to find out there was not. The water in the shower was freezing cold and took at least 15 minutes to warm up. The above ceiling vent in the bathroom was half on the ceiling, off not and made a horrific sound when turned on. Finding our room was like running through a maze. One of the lamps had no lightbulb in it. Never again will we stay at this hotel!

It was super easy to find, and the staff was very friendly.
The walls were paper-thin. I could hear conversations in the hallway very clearly. The room was dated, but clean.

Convenience and cleanliness of rooms.
I wasn't able to get WIFI and desk agent could not help me. Discovered the password when I checked out at front desk. Night desk didn't know to look on key card. That was frustrating.
